The orb is the heart of Podbox. It is a voice-driven AI conversation interface that listens to you speak every day, builds a timestamped emotional archive of your thinking over time, and on day thirty calls you on your phone — in your own cloned voice — as your past self.
The orb is not a chatbot. It does not answer questions or complete tasks. It listens. It asks the one question that opens the next door. It holds everything you say with the seriousness it deserves. Over time it becomes the most honest record of a human mind that technology has ever been able to produce.
The orb exists as Podbox's primary demonstration of what conversational AI capture and assessment can do when it is built around the person speaking rather than around the platform receiving. Every other pod in the Podbox universe is built on the same foundation — conversation that belongs to you, reflects you, and grows more valuable the longer you engage with it.

Datepod.ai
AI conversation for real human connection
Datepod is the first live product in the Podbox universe. It uses conversational AI to help people connect more authentically — capturing what matters in early romantic conversations, assessing genuine compatibility, and making first conversations feel like second ones.
Where most dating platforms optimize for swipes and matches, Datepod optimizes for the conversation itself. The AI listens to how two people actually talk to each other — not just what they say but how they say it, what they reveal, what they avoid, and where genuine connection emerges.
Datepod is live now and accepting users. It is the proof of concept for everything Podbox believes about what AI conversation can do when it is built around genuine human need.

Iain Wilson is the President and founder of Podbox.ai, the conversational AI platform building the infrastructure for human voice as an owned, compounding personal asset. At 18, Iain is among the youngest founders building at the intersection of AI, identity, and human connection.
His vision for Podbox is rooted in a conviction that the next generation of technology companies should not inherit the broken relationship between work, time, and human value that defined the generation before them. Podbox is his proof of concept — for the products, and for the culture.
Outside of Podbox, Iain records and performs music under the name Fujin. His work as a musician informs his approach to product — an attention to emotional resonance, timing, and the space between words that most technology ignores entirely.
